By clicking or accessing any section of DeFi 11 you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and us.
1.1 If you do not agree to accept and be bound by the Terms and Conditions, please do not open an account on the DeFi 11 application. Your continued use of the DeFi 11 application will constitute your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
1.2 DeFi 11 reserves the right to modify the website, services, software or change the system specification requirements necessary to access and use the services with 30 days prior notice.
1.3 Any use or access to the website by anyone under the age of 18 is not allowed. If you are under 18, don’t use or provide any information on the website, or on through any of its features, registered website or provide any information about yourself to us.
2.1. We have rights to shut down accounts that have been inactive for more than 6 months and retain any associated funds. We are not a financial institution, and, although your cryptocurrencies are stored safely in a non-custodian manner , we discourage long-term storage and recommend downloading your own desktop wallet for storing your funds.
2.2. DeFi 11 does not guarantee investment growth. Playing and investing are at the player's own risk. Never gamble more than you can afford to lose.
3.1. To play at DeFi 11, the player must be of legal gambling age. DeFi 11 cannot verify the legality of the service in each jurisdiction, so it is the player's responsibility to ensure that their usage is lawful.
3.2. The player is solely responsible for abiding by any law in his/her jurisdiction regarding online gambling with cryptocurrencies. The player acknowledges that the DeFi 11 service allows for members to bet/gamble/predict with virtual currencies.
Therefore, during the normal course of using the service, the player may lose some or all of their cryptocurrencies deposited. Under no circumstances will DeFi 11 be liable for any player losses. The player is fully aware that there is a risk of losing cryptocurrencies when gambling by means of the services provided. The player is fully responsible for any such loss. The player agrees that use of the services provided is at his/her sole option, discretion and risk. In relation to any player assumed losses, he/she shall have no claims whatsoever against DeFi 11
3.3. You agree to provide us with the information we request when needed for the purposes of identity verification in order to comply with the AML policy.
4.1. When you access our platform for the first time, you will be presented with the primary registration page. You need to agree to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy along with our Anti Money Laundering Policy to create your account with access to our different features.
4.2. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password and you have sole responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You remain liable for losses incurred by yourself or a third party on your account. Never share your email and password with anyone, not even support. If you receive an email from someone claiming to be a DeFi 11 staff/support and asking for your password, do not respond. We will never ask you to reveal your password.
4.3. Each player is authorized only one account. Users with more accounts, or players who use outside scripts to interfere with our bidding system, including but not limited to VPN services, will be automatically blocked. Blocked players cannot play or withdraw funds.
4.4. DeFi 11 holds no responsibility for any damage caused due to any act of the player causing inappropriate or irregular use of their Account.
4.5. The player must register personally and not on behalf of someone else.
4.6. It is prohibited for players to sell, transfer and/or acquire accounts to/from other players.
4.7. Registration and setting up a gaming account are free of charge.
4.8. DeFi 11 reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse, cancel the Services, and/or refuse to distribute profits to anyone for any legitimate reason including, but not limited to:
• any instance when DeFi 11 has cause to believe that a person's activities on the website may be illegal.
• any instance where DeFi 11 may suffer any fiscal, regulatory, or pecuniary disadvantage by virtue of anyone's activities.
• any instance where one or more transactions on the website are judged by DeFi 11 to have been performed in violation of this Agreement.
4.9. DeFi 11 reserves the right to terminate events or games without prior notice, whenever it deems necessary and/or due to errors in the software or games, which cause the games to work incorrectly or malfunction.
4.10. Players can always self-exclude themselves by sending us an email on tech@defieleven.com or info@defieleven.com (please allow up to 24 hours for us to lock your account).
5.1. Your deposited D11 token on your deposit address will be shown in your wallet after confirmation of the transaction.
5.2. The minimum deposit is 1 D11 token. Lower amounts won’t get credited to your account.
5.3. Other than the D11 token any other cryptocurrency will not be accepted. If such a thing happens you will lose your cryptocurrency permanently.
6.1. DeFi 11 offers payment for transaction speeds when users choose the normal option. As such, DeFi 11 is not responsible for the amount of time the transaction takes to confirm due to blockchain congestion, receiving address confirmation time, blockchain queue back-up, and for incorrectly entering the wrong receiving address. The same is true for fast transactions where the user pays for the transaction fees even though the expected transaction confirmation time is lower.
6.2. The minimum withdrawal amounts are 10 FAN tokens. Lower amounts won’t initiate a withdrawal transaction.
6.3. In some cases, the primary withdrawal on a user's account should be manually confirmed. The site reserves the right to do this and as a result, those withdrawals can take up to a couple of hours.
7.1. Anyone who notices a bug or an error when using DeFi 11 should, within the interest of all players, immediately file a bug report by sending an email to tech@defieleven.com If you discover a bug and report it to tech@defieleven.com, you’ll be rewarded. Claims for damages caused by errors in the system may only be honoured if accompanied by valid proof. Only bugs selected by the team and approved will be eligible for the program.
By participating in the Program, you will follow these rules:
If you violate these Terms, you may be prohibited from participating in the Program in the future and any Submissions you have provided may be deemed to be ineligible for Bounty payments.
8.1. If a game malfunctions, all gameplay during the malfunction period is going to be void.
8.2. If you are using multiple accounts, cheating or abusing free withdrawals, then your account(s) will be closed, and your funds confiscated, including any investments.
9.1 DeFi 11 reserves the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC documentation it deems necessary to determine the identity and location of a User. DeFi 11 reserves the right to restrict Service and payment until identity is sufficiently determined.
10.1. Your use of DeFi1 , its content and any of the Services or items obtained through our mobile app is at your own risk. The mobile app , its content, and every of the Services or items obtained through our website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with none warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
10.2. DeFi 11 offers no guarantee of availability of service. However, we aim, wherever technically possible, to provide a largely uninterrupted service. There may, however, be short-term periods of downtime (for example, downtime due to server or database maintenance) to maintain service and data security.
11.1. The telecommunications networks and Internet access services required for you to access and use the service are entirely beyond the control of DeFi 11 , and thus, we are in no way responsible for any outages, slowness, capacity constraints, and/or other deficiencies affecting the same.
11.2. DeFi 11 has the right to modify these terms at any time and without any prior notice. Changes to the system can also be made without any notice by the administrator.
12.1 It is player`s obligation to make sure compliance with any legislation relevant to player country of domicile regarding fantasy gaming. Possibility to access the website does not require mean that Services, and/or player's activities through it, are legal under the local laws.
12.2 Our game does not constitute an offer, solicitation or invitation by DeFi 11 for the use of the games or other services in any jurisdiction in which such activities are prohibited by law.
12.3 Internet Fantasy gaming may not be legal in some authority. The player understands and accepts that DeFi 11 is unable to provide any legal advice or assurances with respect the player's use of the services provided by DeFi 11. We also make no representation whatsoever as to the legality of our services in your jurisdiction. Use of the services provided by DeFi 11 is at the player's sole option, discretion, and risk. The player is solely responsible for ascertaining whether it is legal in his/her jurisdiction.
12.4 DeFi 11 does not intend to enable the player to violate applicable law. You represent, warrant, and agree to ensure that your use of our services will comply with all applicable laws, statutes, and regulations. We shall not be responsible for any illegal or unauthorized use of our services by you. You fully understand the methods, rules, and procedures of the services provided and of Internet fantasy games in general.

Any attempt to refer fake users, in order to receive a CPA commission, will result in termination of all accounts owned by the affiliate. "A Fake User" is a user that was created by the affiliate himself, or an accomplice, just for the purpose of reaching betting requirements in order to activate a CPA commission on the affiliate's account.
Concerning the bonuses and promotions, all times and dates are stated in UTC. Any attempt to create fake accounts, fake social media accounts, emails, or any other attempt to claim multiple bonuses that are only meant to be claimed once per person, IP, and household, will lead to an inspection and possible account termination without notice.
